Online course creation has been a year in the works. I’ve been working on ways to share my knowledge and experience with as many people as possible!
If you know me, you know my driver in my life is to help people find the joy in physical activity and moving their bodies.
When the opportunity to create a course was literally in my face, I decided to jump in with both feet and produce something that wasn't even on my radar a month ago.
Truth be told, this last week was a large learning curve. My idea to build and share a free online course was a large leap forward. Hiccups and uncertainties,I forged ahead with putting something out there that I believe could be helpful for many.
I'm an open book. 📖
Ready to share what I have with you.

I'm lucky to have a large front window in my house. It allows me to see out into the world.
Recently I went back to watch some videos of my babies (now almost 6 and 8 years old) and realized how much our front window played into their little view of the world. Below is Ben watching his brother, Liam, learn how to ride his bike. It's Ben's turn this year without training wheels! 💗
In the current situation, we again are using our front window as a source of information about the world. Watching the glistening snowflakes (yes, you read right - snow in April!) and all of our neighbourhood dogs and their owners out for walks.
People, maybe like yourself, have used outdoor walking during the time of social distancing.
It got me thinking...
How can I share my knowledge of walking with the new found outdoor walking world?
