I'm lucky to have a large front window in my house. It allows me to see out into the world. Recently I went back to watch some videos of my babies (now almost 6 and 8 years old) and realized how much our front window played into their little view of the world. Below is Ben watching his brother, Liam, learn how to ride his bike. It's Ben's turn this year without training wheels! 💗 In the current situation, we again are using our front window as a source of information about the world. Watching the glistening snowflakes (yes, you read right - snow in April!) and all of our neighbourhood dogs and their owners out for walks. People, maybe like yourself, have used outdoor walking during the time of social distancing. It got me thinking... How can I share my knowledge of walking with the new found outdoor walking world? Here is the CARROT! 🥕 I created a free mini course to help the beginner to the fit walkers work through some of the problems they may encounter with all this outdoor walking. 💥 Click here for your unique access to the free mini course! 💥 If you know any walkers out there - friends, neighbours, family - they can sign up for my newsletter and get access to the free mini course too. We can can do our part during these challenging days! And if you are still winter walking like me, check out this video I created for the Centre for Active Living some years ago! Stay well and happy moving, Lisa
