Participants will need Nordic walking poles, which we can provide during the workshop.
The program also includes a Nordic walking video series to prepare you and sustain your new Nordic walking routine. A detailed clothing checklist and recommendations for outdoor Nordic walking will be provided. Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activity and comfortable walking shoes. It is recommended to bring water, sunscreen, and any personal items they may need.

It is a 3 week program and the curriculum is progressive in nature. It would be best to sign up for the next program when you can attend all of the sessions.
