    About Lisa

    MA, BPE, CSEP-CEP, AFLCA Trainer of Leaders, RYT-200, 500hr. Level

    Her philosophy is “start from where you are today,” and she lives this through her work in the medical fitness industry, her passion projects, and the research she's conducted in the area. Lisa is dedicated to helping people be more physically active in their daily lives and helping them use physical activity to prevent/treat chronic illness.
    ​This knowledge and experience span several disciplines-kinesiology, medical fitness, yoga instruction, personal fitness training-and her compassion is contagious.
    She continues her work through personal instruction, creating resources, sharing her newsletter, running workshops, and through The Why I Move Project.
    ​Lisa’s drive comes from a passion for physical activity, and for sharing knowledge; her ultimate goal is to inspire you to start today!
