Through Lisa’s 20+ years in the exercise profession, and her work as a clinical exercise physiologist, she has dedicated time to researching important topics like why physical activity is important, how exercise can help treat an array of chronic illness, how exercise can help new mothers in the pre and postnatal stages, and how people of all ages can benefit from physical activity.
