Here you’ll find three topics: indoor cycling, yoga, and Why I Move. And each topic has a different purpose. Lisa has 20 years of cycling class instruction experience, and is now accredited to train others to become instructors too. In her cycling blog, you’ll find tips, tricks and education on all things cycling. These may be things she’s learned over the years, or things she learned on her last trip to the YEG river valley.
And as she continues following her passion for all things exercise, Lisa completed the Yoga Association of Alberta's 500 hour teacher training program. Read more in the blog about her journey through the course, and about some things she learned along the way. The Why I Move project is a forum of blog entries dedicated to learning about why all sorts of people get up and move. Lisa's hope with this project is to inspire others to get up, get active, and move!
