Perfect! Mindful Movement is designed for all levels and all bodies: gentle, supportive, and adaptable.


Do I need special equipment or space?

Not at all. A chair, mat, or couch will do. All you need is a few quiet minutes and an open heart.


What if I can’t join live?

You’ll have access to every recording in the practice library, so you can revisit them anytime.
